Refund policy

No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items once the order has been processed and shipped.

Exceptions

The following situations may be eligible for consideration:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 4 days of delivery. Email us at  revogreenbatteries@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective or damaged item.
  • Unboxing Video Required
    To ensure a smooth return process, we kindly ask all customers to record an unboxing video when receiving their order. This video serves as proof in case there are any issues with your product and helps us resolve them efficiently.

    Eligibility for Returns

    1. Returns are accepted only for products with manufacturing defects, damage during shipping, or incorrect items delivered.
    2. Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.

After reviewing your claim, if approved, we will arrange for a replacement or provide a store credit at our discretion.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
